What is your return policy for tailored items?
Standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made products, including garments with personalized embroidery or specific length alterations, cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I care for my indigo-dyed garments?
Authentic indigo-dyed fabrics require special care. We recommend hand-washing in cold water without detergent for the first few washes to set the dye. Avoid direct sunlight when drying to prevent uneven fading.
